1. General

• These terms and conditions govern your stay at Golfview Motor Inn, located in 2 McNickle Rd, Wagga, NSW Australia 2650. By making a booking and staying at our premises, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Check-In and Check-Out

• Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment

• Full payment for your stay is required upon check-in. We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.

• A valid ID and a credit card or a $200.00 cash bond are required at check-in to cover incidentals.

4. Cash Bond

• A refundable cash bond of $200.00 is required upon check-in. This bond will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the room at check-out, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.

5. Key Loss

• A fee of $50.00 will be charged for any lost or unreturned room keys.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a one-night charge.

• No-shows will be charged the full amount of the first night’s stay.

7. Room Occupancy

• The number of guests in each room must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking. Additional guests may be accommodated at an extra charge, subject to availability.

8. Housekeeping

• Daily housekeeping is provided. Towels and linens are changed every three days. Additional housekeeping services are available upon request for an extra fee.

9. Damage to Property

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Costs for damages will be deducted from the bond or charged to the credit card on file.

10. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and enclosed areas. A cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged for any violation of this policy.

11. Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless specified in the booking. Service animals are permitted with prior notification.

12. Noise and Conduct

• We ask that all guests respect the quiet enjoyment of others. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.

13. Liability

• The motel is not liable for the loss, damage, or theft of personal property. Guests are advised to secure their belongings and use the in-room safe where available.

14. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
